Kevin Young cracked the property success code at an early age and retired at 27! In 1994 Kevin and his wife Kathy began helping Kevin’s schoolmates who were struggling under the weight of income tax. What they created was a simple plan for creating wealth through residential property without using any cash. The Investors Club was born, since then they have helped thousands of people create wealth through property by owning over 11,000 homes. Over 90,000 member families strong the Club has over 4 Billion AU dollars of mortgages and 0 defaults.

In 2007 Kevin founded the Best Property Club in the UK. Using the tried and true success model of The Investors Club the Best Property Club offers a fresh approach to property investing. Our approach is simple… we are a FREE Club and there are no hard sales. Simply put our passion is property and helping others create wealth thru property.

To date we have over 1500 Club members. We have monthly Aussie BBQ’s, monthly workshops and special Club events throughout the year.
