The Best Property Club can recommend independent solicitor / conveyancers who assist members with their property settlement from contract to completion. Our recommended solicitor/conveyancers specialize in the Buy to Let market and are property investors themselves. They also manage the settlement process and offer members a discounted conveyancing fee irrespective of the complexity of the purchase.
Finding a Tenant
The Club liaises with local letting agents, property managers and on-site managers before a Club property settles and at any tenant changeover.
