Taking your first steps to becoming a property investor can be overwhelming. Our Club mission is offering great service. Everything we do is designed to make your road to financial freedom through property as successful and as stress free as possible.

Your first step is simply filling our Financial Capacity Form or FCF. The FCF allows our Club approved brokers to get a quick snapshot of your financial status in order for us to help match you with a property that meets your individual borrowing capacity.
The next step is meeting FIDO! FIDO is our Financial Independence Day Organizer and is a wonderful tool that allows you to set a clear vision for your goal towards financial independence. Your support member can meet with you and demonstrate FIDO in action. What FIDO does is map out for you a scenario in which you set the goals. For example, if you want to retire in 7 years and have £50,000 a year tax free, FIDO can show you how you can achieve your goal by purchasing properties consistently over the next 5, 6 or 7 years. The powerful visual map of your portfolio strategy can help you set a clear vision of your goal of financial independence and set you on your path to wealth.
Once your financial capacity or borrowing is determined and you’ve created your FIDO strategy your next step is to register your interest. By filling out our Registration of Interest or ROI we can target properties for you that specifically fit your individual requirements.
Once you’ve found a property and said….Yes! I’ll go for it you then can fill out our Expression of Interest or EOI. At that point we begin the formal mortgage application process with our Club recommended Brokers and recommend one of our Club recommended Solicitors to begin the settling process.
Prior to completion we will begin to liaise with local letting agents on your behalf in order to help you choose the letting agent who will provide you with the best service and in most cases we are able to negotiate lower fees on all your levels of service.
